A1GA [long distance pipeline (oil and gas).
Long distance transmission (oil and gas) pipeline is a pipeline which is used to transport (oil and gas) commodity medium between the place of origin, storage and use of the unit, and is divided into GAl grade and GA2 grade.
GAl A1.1 level
According to the actual situation of the installation, GAl is divided into GAl grade A, B GAl.
A1.1.1 GAl class
Long distance with one of the following conditions (oil and gas) pipeline is GAl grade
(1) transmission of toxic, flammable, explosive gas or liquid medium, the design pressure is greater than or equal to 10MPa;
(2) the transmission distance is greater than or equal to 1000km, and the nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 1000mm.
A1.1.2 GAl B
Long distance with one of the following conditions (oil and gas) pipeline for GAl b:
(1) transporting toxic, flammable and explosive gas medium, the design pressure is greater than or equal to 4.0MPa, less than 10MPa;
(2) transmission of toxic, flammable, explosive liquid medium, design pressure is greater than or equal to 6.4MPa, less than 10MPa;
(3) the transmission distance is greater than or equal to 200km, and the nominal diameter is greater than or equal to 500mm.
GA2 A1.2 level
Long distance transport (oil and gas) pipeline is GA2 class GA1 class.
A2GB class (common pipe)
Public pipeline refers to the city or township within the scope of the utility or civil gas pipeline and heat pipe, divided into GBl and GB2.
GBl A2.1 level
Gas pipeline for the GBl class.
GB2 A2.2 level
Heat pipe for GB2, and is divided into the following two categories:
(1) design pressure is greater than 2.5MPa;
(2) the design pressure is less than or equal to 2.5MPa.
Class A3GC (industrial piping)
Industrial pipeline refers to the enterprise, the institution belongs to the technology pipeline for conveying process media, utilities pipeline and other auxiliary pipeline, is divided into GCl, GC2, GC3.
GCl A3.1 level
Industrial pipes with one of the following conditions are GCl grade:
(1) GB 5044-1985 "occupation delivery level of toxic exposure to toxic substances" in the provisions of the classification for extremely harmful medium, highly hazardous gases and its working temperature is higher than the normal boiling point of highly hazardous liquid medium pipeline;
(2) fire hazard regulations GB 50160-2008 "delivery of petrochemical enterprise design fire protection standard" and GB 50016-2006 "code for fire protection design of buildings" in the A and B combustible gas or a flammable liquid (including liquefied hydrocarbon), and pipeline design pressure is greater than or equal to 4.0MPa;
(3) conveying fluid medium, and the design pressure is greater than or equal to 10.OMPa, or design pressure is greater than or equal to 4.0MPa, and the design temperature is higher than or equal to 400~C of the pipeline.
GC2 A3.2 level
In addition to the provisions of the provisions of the GC3 A3.3 pipeline, the degree of toxic hazards, fire hazards (flammable), design pressure and design temperature below the GCl level of A3.1 industrial pipeline for the GC2 class.
GC3 A3.3 level
Delivery of non-toxic, non combustible fluid medium, design pressure is less than or equal to 1.0MPa and design temperature is higher than -20, but not higher than 185 degrees in the industrial pipeline for GC3.
A4GD class (power line)

GDl A4.1 level
The design pressure is greater than or equal to 6.3MPa, or the design temperature is higher than or equal to 400 degrees Celsius power pipeline for GDl.
GD2 A4.2 level

A5.1 grade A

A5.2 B
Long distance with one of the following conditions (oil and gas) with pressure plugging pipes for the b:
(1) transport of flammable, explosive, toxic media, design pressure is less than 2.5MPa long transmission pipeline with pressure blocking;
(2) the design pressure is less than 2.5MPa, or the nominal diameter is less than 300mm of the long transmission pipeline with pressure blocking.
